It's a program for passengers and vehicles at the border. Through an exclusive lane, the process for travelers crossing into the United States is speeded up.

Passengers and vehicles are pre-enrolled, then crossers receive a transmitter for their vehicle.

Every time they cross the border, the transmitter is readed by the electronic system of the lane, allowing them to cross.

To users who suffer some minor damage, it is provided items as tools, air compressor, hydraulic jack and battery. Besides, the vehicle can be towed to the nearest safe place for recovery, where the user can obtain the necessary means to solve the problem.

The towing service is free and is offered on a permanent basis 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, and only for number 1 toll tariff vehicles (light vehicles) up to 1 and a half tons.

Capufe has emergency medical services located in the Toll Plaza or directly on the road. They are equipped to help users with quality and efficiency on a permanent basis, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

Capufe also has ambulances and rescue units installed at various points of the road, and the emergency care trained personnel are prepared to provide assistance within a maximum of 20 minutes.

IAVE is an electronic system for automatic payment of tolls on roads and bridges operated by Capufe. It works through an electronic card or sticker affixed to the windshield that, while crossing the exclusive IAVE lane, a reader automatically identifies the card and opens the barrier. Capufe also allows the use of credit or debit bank cards for the toll payment. Check the terms of use with your provider of banking services.

Capufe offers the service of radio communication in each tower installed on the network, at every 2 miles of road.

The operation is simple, just press the Talk button to talk, and drop it to listen.

Your call will be taken by a radio operator with expertise in the field, who will get you the necessary service (towing service, medical service, federal police, firefighters, etc).

Capufe offers free restroom services which are usually located at the Toll Plaza.

For your convenience, in special holiday periods, some mobile restrooms are installed on roads of higher affluence.
